The only ongoing contract on ZapInto is the Zap+ subscription— you can cancel it right here, with no sign-in. Fill in the form and press "Cancel now": you'll see an immediate confirmation with the date and time, and receive the same by email. With an ordinary cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Signed in? Billing → Manage Subscription cancels instantly, too. PowerZaps are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel (refunds: Terms §7). Deleting your whole account is a different, bigger step — that lives in your account settings.
