ZapInto (zapinto.com) is a trivia game operated by Agentia de Zece SRL, Ineu 11, Ploiesti, Prahova, Romania, 100269, Trade Register no. J29/25/2020, VAT RO42081752, share capital 200 RON — contact@zapinto.com or the contact page. By creating an account or playing you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ZapInto; purchases additionally require the legal capacity to contract under your local law. One account per person; display names are unique, public, and must not impersonate others or contain offensive content. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Email addresses cannot be changed; account deletion is full, not partial.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts for cause — defined breaches of these terms, in particular Section 6 — with notice and, except for fraud or serious abuse, an opportunity to respond first. Section 7 (Refunds) says what happens to paid value on each termination path.

ZapInto is a trivia game with maps, duels, territories, leaderboards, badges, and progression. Volts, hexes, ZapLands, badges, and every other in-game element are virtual items with no monetary value — they are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use game features, not money or property; they cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game. Gameplay mechanics (including losing territories to other players in duels or castle challenges — that is the game) may change as ZapInto evolves; losing virtual items through normal gameplay is never compensated. Paid, unspent PowerZaps are protected as described in Sections 5 and 7.

Zap+ is a paid subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year — prices include VAT where applicable and may change only with notice before your next renewal) processed by Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You consent to the renewal terms separately at checkout, and the confirmation email restates them together with how to cancel.

Cancelling is as easy as subscribing: Billing → Manage Subscription, fully online, no calls and no retention hoops — or use the public cancel page, no sign-in required. Either way you keep access until the period you paid for ends. For annual plans we email you a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal, stating what renews, when, for how much, and how to cancel.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal: when you subscribe, you request that Zap+ starts immediately. You may still withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase — an unequivocal statement is enough, or you can use the model withdrawal form(Section 7) — and you'll receive a refund minus a proportionate amount for the days already supplied (art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Renewals of an ongoing subscription are not new distance contracts and carry no new withdrawal period.

PowerZaps are a virtual in-game currency (packs of 100/250/600 — the real-money price is always shown next to any PowerZap amount) usable only inside ZapInto (e.g. extra ZapRush runs). They have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and purchased PowerZaps never expire while your account exists.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal: PowerZaps are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU); the purchase email confirms this on a durable medium. If that consent was not obtained for a purchase, unspent PowerZaps from it are refundable for 14 days.

The map only means something if every hex was earned. Prohibited: automation, bots, or scripted play; exploiting bugs (report them instead — via the in-game report button or the contact page); multiple accounts; answer-sharing or coordinated play designed to defeat the competition; account sharing or selling; harassment or offensive display names/avatars; interfering with the service or other players; and self-referral or fraud in the affiliate program.

We may use technical measures to detect violations. Sanctions are graduated — warning, voiding of affected scores or territories, suspension, termination — proportionate to the violation; fraud and serious abuse can lead to immediate termination. Leaderboard positions and virtual items obtained through cheating are forfeited and not compensated. A ban is never fully automated — a human reviews every account termination, and you can contest any sanction via the contact page.

In plain terms, this is the complete refund picture:

Zap+ within 14 days of first subscribing — withdraw and get a refund minus the proportionate value of days already supplied. Zap+ after 14 days or on renewals — no refund; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the period end. PowerZaps — non-refundable once the checkout waiver is given (Section 5); where the waiver was not obtained, unspent PowerZaps are refundable for 14 days. If you delete your account yourself — any unspent PowerZaps are forfeited and an active Zap+ subscription ends immediately, without a refund of the remaining period; the deletion screen warns you before you confirm. If we terminate your account without your fault (for example a service shutdown) — unspent purchased PowerZaps and the unused part of a Zap+ period are refunded pro-rata. The same applies if we permanently cease operations for any reason, including insolvency: unspent purchased PowerZaps and the unused portion of a Zap+ period are refunded pro-rata where legally and practically possible; virtual items otherwise have no monetary value (Section 3), and your mandatory statutory rights, including in insolvency proceedings, are unaffected. If your account is terminated for fraud or cheating — paid value tied to the violation is forfeited.

To withdraw or request a refund, use the contact page (reason: Billing & refunds) or email contact@zapinto.com with your account email and the purchase date — an unequivocal statement that you withdraw is enough. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but you don't have to. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. Nothing in this section limits rights your local law grants you regardless.

ZapInto — including questions, design, code, and trademarks — belongs to Agentia de Zece SRL or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play. Your avatar and display name remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to display them in the game (profiles, leaderboards, maps). If you believe content on ZapInto infringes your rights, report it via the contact page with the details and we will review it promptly.

Approved affiliates promote ZapInto through personal links under a separate Affiliate Agreement accepted in the affiliate dashboard, which governs commissions, holds, payouts, prohibited promotion methods, and disclosure duties (including FTC-compliant disclosures). The service is provided "as is"; we do not promise uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you — your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts — nothing here takes that away.

If something goes wrong, talk to us first via the contact page — most issues are resolved within a business day. Consumers in Romania and the EU may also use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC (anpc.ro) and its SAL platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page (and by email where required) before taking effect, and if you don't agree with a material change you can cancel before it applies. Continuing to play after the effective date means acceptance.

We may assign or transfer this agreement — including your account, purchases, and balances — to an affiliated or successor company that continues operating ZapInto (for example as part of a corporate restructuring), provided your rights under these terms are not reduced by the transfer itself. You will be informed on this page and, for material changes, by email.

Severability: if any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
