If you want to withdraw from a purchase within the 14-day EU/EEA withdrawal period (Terms, Sections 4, 5 and 7 — for Zap+ the refund is proportionate to the days already supplied; PowerZaps are covered only where the checkout waiver was not given), you can — but do not have to — use this form. Any unequivocal statement that you withdraw is just as valid.
